  • Accessing and using the ClipsMate AI API in accordance with the API documentation and the rate limits of your subscription plan.
  • Downloading and using your rendered video outputs in any lawful manner consistent with these Terms.

2. Prohibited Content

You may not use ClipsMate AI to create, upload, store, distribute, or promote any content that:

  • Violence and Threats: Depicts, promotes, incites, or glorifies violence, terrorism, physical harm, or threats of violence against any individual, group, or entity. This includes realistic depictions of graphic violence, torture, or gore created using AI tools.

We have zero tolerance for CSAM and will report all instances to the relevant authorities, including the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement.
  • Non-Consensual Intimate Content: Depicts real individuals in sexual or intimate scenarios without their explicit consent, including deepfakes or AI-generated intimate imagery of real persons.
  • Spam and Deceptive Content: Is designed to deceive, mislead, or defraud others, including phishing content, scam promotions, misleading advertisements, or content created with the intent to manipulate public opinion through coordinated inauthentic behavior.
  • Malware and Harmful Code: Contains, distributes, or promotes viruses, trojans, ransomware, spyware, or any other malicious software or code.
  • Illegal Content: Violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation, including content that facilitates illegal drug trafficking, weapons sales, human trafficking, or any other criminal activity.

4. AI Content Guidelines

When using ClipsMate AI's artificial intelligence features, you must adhere to the following guidelines:

  • Transparency: Where required by applicable law or regulation, you must disclose that content was created with the assistance of AI tools. This is particularly important for content used in advertising, news media, political communications, or any context where the audience has a reasonable expectation of authenticity.
  • Deepfakes and Impersonation: You may not use AI tools to create realistic impersonations of real individuals without their explicit consent, particularly for purposes that could harm their reputation, deceive others, or interfere with democratic processes.
  • Misinformation: You may not use AI tools to deliberately create or spread false information, disinformation, or propaganda designed to manipulate public opinion, interfere with elections, or cause public harm.
  • Content Moderation Compliance: You acknowledge that content generated through the Service may be subject to automated content moderation systems. You agree not to attempt to circumvent or manipulate these systems.

5. Enforcement Actions

Webliska Technologies reserves the right to take the following actions in response to violations of this Acceptable Use Policy:

  • Warning: For first-time minor violations, we may issue a written warning describing the violation and requesting corrective action.
  • Content Removal: We may remove or disable access to any content that violates this AUP without prior notice.
  • Account Suspension: We may temporarily suspend your account and access to the Service for moderate violations or repeated minor violations. During suspension, you will not be able to access your account, create content, or render videos.
  • Account Termination: We may permanently terminate your account for severe violations, repeated moderate violations, or any violation involving illegal content such as CSAM, terrorism, or other serious criminal activity. Termination is immediate and without refund.
  • Legal Action: We reserve the right to pursue legal action against users who cause harm to the Company, other users, or third parties through their use of the Service.

The severity of enforcement action will be determined at our sole discretion based on the nature, frequency, and impact of the violation. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any enforcement action, except where notification would compromise an ongoing investigation or where immediate action is required to protect the safety of our users or the public.
