Go to Settings → Billing in your dashboard. You can upgrade instantly or downgrade at the end of your current billing cycle. Changes to render quotas take effect immediately on upgrade.
Check the Video Rendering Issues article in our Help Center. Common causes include oversized assets, unsupported file formats, or temporary Lambda timeouts. You can retry the render from your My Videos page.
We offer refunds within 7 days of purchase if you haven't used more than 3 renders on the paid plan. Contact us at support@clipsmateai.com with your account email and reason.
Yes. For teams with more than 10 members, custom render quotas, or white-label agency needs, contact us with the subject "Enterprise / Agency" and we'll create a tailored plan.
Go to Settings → Social Accounts in your dashboard. Click "Connect" for each platform (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube) and follow the OAuth flow. See our social accounts guide for step-by-step instructions.
Yes. OAuth tokens are encrypted, API keys are hashed, and all video assets are stored on AWS S3 with restricted access. We don't train AI models on your content. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
