At Webliska Technologies, we want you to be fully satisfied with your ClipsMate AI subscription. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day refund policy as described below. Please read this policy carefully before requesting a refund.
1. Refund Window
You may request a full refund within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of your initial purchase or subscription renewal. The refund window begins on the date your payment is successfully processed, as recorded in our billing system. After the 14-day window has passed, purchases are considered final and are not eligible for a refund, except as required by applicable law.
This 14-day refund policy applies to both monthly and annual subscription plans. For annual plans, please see Section 5 below for additional details on partial refunds.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, you must meet all of the following criteria:
- Your refund request must be submitted within the 14-day refund window.
- You must not have previously received a refund for ClipsMate AI within the past six (6) months. Our refund policy is intended for genuine dissatisfaction, not repeated trial usage.
- Your account must be in good standing and not have been suspended or terminated for violations of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
- You must not have consumed more than 50% of your plan's usage limits during the refund period (see Section 4 for details on exceptions).
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, follow these steps:
- Submit a Request: Send an email to support@clipsmateai.com with the subject line "Refund Request." Include your account email address, the date of purchase, and a brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund.
- Confirmation: Our support team will acknowledge your request within two (2) business days and may ask for additional information to verify your identity and purchase.
- Review: We will review your request to confirm eligibility based on the criteria outlined in this policy. You will be notified of the outcome within five (5) business days of submitting your request.
- Processing: If your refund is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
4. Processing Time
Once your refund request is approved, please allow the following processing times:
- Credit/Debit Cards: Refunds are typically processed within five (5) to ten (10) business days. The exact timing depends on your card issuer and may vary.
- PayPal: Refunds are typically processed within three (3) to five (5) business days.
- Bank Transfers: Refunds may take up to fifteen (15) business days depending on your bank and jurisdiction.
Please note that while we process refunds promptly on our end, the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider. If you have not received your refund after the stated processing time, please check with your bank or payment provider first, and then contact us at support@clipsmateai.com.
5. Exceptions and Excessive Usage
Refund requests may be denied or subject to partial refunds in the following circumstances:
- Excessive Usage: If you have consumed more than 50% of your plan's monthly usage limits (including video renders, AI generations, storage, or API calls) during the refund period, your request may be denied or a partial refund may be offered based on the usage consumed.
- Promotional Plans: Subscriptions purchased at a discounted promotional rate, including lifetime deals, special offers, or coupon-based discounts of 50% or more, are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the specific promotional terms.
- Add-Ons and Credits: One-time purchases of rendering credits, additional storage, or add-on features are non-refundable once consumed or activated. Unused credits or add-ons purchased within the 14-day window may be eligible for a refund on a case-by-case basis.
- Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider instead of contacting us directly, we reserve the right to suspend your account and deny any future refund requests. We encourage you to contact our support team first to resolve any billing issues.
6. Partial Refunds for Annual Plans
If you have purchased an annual subscription and wish to cancel after the 14-day refund window but within the first ninety (90) days, you may be eligible for a prorated partial refund calculated as follows:
- The refund amount will be the total annual fee paid, minus the cost of the months used at the monthly plan rate, and minus a 10% early termination fee.
- Partial refund requests must be submitted by emailing support@clipsmateai.com within the 90-day window.
- After ninety (90) days, annual subscriptions are not eligible for any refund. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and it will remain active until the end of the annual billing period.
7. Effect of Refund on Your Account
Upon receiving a refund:
- Your paid subscription will be immediately canceled and your account will be downgraded to the free plan.
- You will lose access to paid features, including premium templates, increased rendering limits, priority support, and any other paid-tier benefits.
- Content you have created will remain accessible under the limitations of the free plan for thirty (30) days. After that period, content exceeding the free plan's storage limits may be archived or deleted.
- Any team members added under your paid subscription will lose their access to team features.
8. Statutory Rights
This refund policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws. If you are located in a jurisdiction that provides for mandatory refund rights that exceed those described in this policy (such as the European Union's 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases), those statutory rights will prevail to the extent they offer greater protection.
